Solutions

We started by getting the key features of the app in line. Following is a gist of what we did:

• Booking the calendar/date: This would allow employees to book the date of the event, which would then get synced with their calendar.

• Event Details/Overview: All the details pertaining to the event would be highlighted in this section.

• Speakers: This would show the list of speakers who would be speaking during the event along with the topic they would be covering.

• Reviews: This would allow users to rate each session immediately after the session is over.

• Internal Messaging: All the invitees who have registered for this event can chat with each other using this feature of the app.

• Alerts: Guests/Users would receive important alerts and notifications.

• Notes: Users can take personal notes using their mobile phones for each session.

Results

• Created a satisfied user experience.

• Allowed the users to communicate easily and have their queries resolved online.
