Challenges

• To launch first of its kind website which sells veterinary products for consumers, vet doctors and care partners.

• Website to show different rates as per the user types. Care Partners had complete different user journey with their own sales dashboard which was to be integrated seamlessly with the generic consumer shopping process.

• A robust back end to support the entire sales process with three different inventory modules was to be integrated.

• Website was to be accessed by users located in remote part of India. Email registration was a challenge for such users. We had to design a solution around this.

Solutions

• We designed a simple and easy-to- navigate multi-lingual website for all kind of users visiting the website basis their unique user journey.

• Website allows users from remote areas to register using their mobile number.

• All aspects of the website (right from registration to shopping process) were customized as per user types (consumers, vet doctors and care partners) so that each user gets a personalized experience.

• A separate customized module is integrated for "Care Partners" which allows them to request for marketing collaterals, sample medicines and also keep a track on their orders, sales, payments, reports, commissions.

• Back end is customized for the client in such a way that he can keep a track on three different types of inventory module, transfer products from one inventory module to another, keep a track on sample materials sent to care partners, vis-a- vis sales he had done, sales report. The system allows admin to generate various customized report.

Results

• The website received an overwhelming response from users all across India.

• The entire online shopping process has become easy for them.

• Vet Doctors and other users can now directly orders medicines in bulk online.
