To enable Customer Advisors (CA) with a tool that would help them to demonstrate all the features of Tiago Car at one go and at the same time collect customer’s contact detail, thus making the entire training and sales process easy for them.

Solutions
  • We proposed an app (integrated with CRM) which can be installed on Tab or a smart phone. The app would showcase all the features of Tiago Car, thus making the entire consumer education process easy for CA.

  • The app would also allow CA to collect customer’s data which would get saved in CRM, allowing them to follow up with customer later. In case a customer has visited multiple showrooms, he doesn’t have to provide his details again as his data can be retrieved by CA using this CRM.
