The company wanted to create a simple visa application solution for the consumers travelling to Dubai, flying with Emirates, which would simplify the entire visa application and tracking process thus, offering their customers with a unique customer experience.

To allow users to apply for Dubai visa through their mobile phones.

Solutions

We started by making sure that the key features of the mobile app are in place. Following is a gist of what we did for this app:

We designed a secure login for the users so that only valid users can access the app.
We made a provision wherein users can create their profile and reuse it in future.
For the visa, we made sure that users can apply for the visa directly through this app, can upload all the relevant documents as well, and can also track the visa status.
Currently, 9 applicants can apply for their visa using the single profile at a time.
We have availed the user the benefits of online payment using the 3 rd party payment gateway that has been incorporated in the app.
The app has been integrated with the Emirates reservation system. This enables the app to automatically fetch passenger information from the Emirates reservation system.
