  • We planned and structured campaigns around the brand communication across digital platforms and got the audience to engage and connect with Zicom.

  • Apart from the activities across social media channels, we also reached out to the audience using creative designing and developments of emailers, banners, microsites etc.

  • We also created the website of Zicom Care which consisted of the various services initiated by Zicom.

  • ‘ZIMAN’ – a personal bodyguard app was introduced and launched through an activity in the presence of the Mumbai Commissioner of Police.

  • We launched Zicom Care which is a 24×7 virtual security guard that adds value to your efforts of maintaining a safe and secure environment by protecting your property at all times.

  • Being a 24×7 security guard, Zicom Care also provides everyone with a support cell that services all your needs round the clock.

  • We revamped the entire website to create content and visuals that has an emotional element to connect with the audience.

  • The entire website which includes all the content material, graphics and look and feel of the site were changed according to the requirements of Zicom.

Digital Marketing

We came up with a mobile app named ‘ZIMAN’ for the safety of citizens, more so women. Considering the rising number of crimes against women, preventive measures like this was the need of the hour. To boost Ziman’s reach in the digital world, we came up with numerous activities, some of which are:

#SafeNavratriWithZIMAN
We kept their followers engaged on the digital space during Navratri. On 8th Oct, 2015 Zicom announced a contest on Twitter called #SafeNavratriWithZIMAN to spread awareness about Ziman, Zicom’s 24×7 safety app that acts as a virtual bodyguard. The sole motive of this contest was to let the followers know that Zicom takes care of their personal security as well with the help of Ziman. We helped generate tremendous response from fans and followers and trended across 21 cities in 2 hours.

#PersonalBodyguardZIMAN
Zicom Electronics Security System arranged a press conference on 5th November to announce the launch of their Ziman App. The app was to be distributed to all the women journalists free of cost, to act as their personal bodyguard. The event was attended by dignitaries like Pramoud Rao, Managing Director of Zicom Electronics Security, Ahmed Javed, Mumbai Police Commissioner, and Gurbir Singh, Chairman of Mumbai Press Club along with few eminent journalists. To promote this event online, we started live tweeting about the event and had a potential reach of 27.04 million.

#ZimanBandhan
We leveraged the occasion of Rakshabandhan and created conversations around Raksha Bandhan using the hashtag #ZimanBandhan. Communication was around how people could make their sisters feel safe and that ZIMAN is the ideal gift to give on this festive occasion. We incorporated an influencer activity on Twitter to create conversations around Raksha Bandhan using #ZimanBandhan.

Juniorthon We had a ZIMAN standee at the Juniorthon event at BKC (Mumbai), where we asked the kids to click pictures with the ZIMAN standee and parents had to post the same on Facebook The hashtag used was #ZIMANPERSONALBODYGUARD.
